新型城镇化快速推进过程中,粗放式开发模式引发城市复合型污染蔓延、生态结构破损等问题,传统零散治理模 式难以适配城市生态高质量发展需求。本文以环境工程技术体系为研究切入点,结合双碳战略与城市精细化治理要求, 采用问题导向分析法梳理城市生态治理的实操短板。研究发现,当前城市普遍存在治理模式碎片化、绿色智能技术落 地不足、工程运维管护精细化缺失等核心问题。对此,本文从全域系统管控、绿色技术迭代、长效运维监管三个维度 提出落地性优化策略。研究旨在完善城市生态工程治理体系,为新时期城市生态文明提质、生态与经济协同发展提供 实践参考。
With the rapid advancement of new urbanization, extensive development models have caused problems such as the spread of complex urban pollution and damage to ecological structures. Traditional fragmented governance models are difficult to adapt to the needs of high-quality urban ecological development. Taking the environmental engineering technology system as the research entry point, and combining the dual-carbon strategy with the requirements of refined urban governance, this paper adopts a problem-oriented analysis method to examine practical shortcomings in urban ecological governance. The study finds that cities commonly face core problems such as fragmented governance models, insufficient implementation of green and intelligent technologies, and a lack of refined engineering operation and maintenance management. In response, this paper proposes practical optimization strategies from three dimensions: whole-area systematic control, green technology iteration, and long-term operation and maintenance supervision. The study aims to improve the urban ecological engineering governance system and provide practical reference for enhancing urban ecological civilization and promoting coordinated ecological and economic development in the new era.
