Analysis of Construction Engineering Quality Problem Identification and Prevention Measures
建筑工程质量问题识别及防控措施分析

摘要

当前建筑工程建设场景日趋复杂，交叉作业常态化推进，施工现场细部质量管控薄弱、质量通病频发等问题逐渐 凸显，对工程使用安全与服役耐久性造成一定影响。为改善现场质量管理的实操短板，本文依托现行施工规范，结合 一线施工现场作业特征，梳理建筑工程质量问题的识别原则与多元实操方法，系统归纳施工全流程中的三类具象化质 量问题，针对性构建适配现场的精细化防控举措。本次研究能够为建筑施工企业开展现场质量管控、隐患排查治理提 供可行的实践参考，对提升建筑工程精细化施工水平具有一定借鉴价值。 

Abstract

At present, construction engineering scenarios are becoming increasingly complex, and cross operations have become routine. Problems such as weak detailed quality control on construction sites and frequent common quality defects have gradually become prominent, exerting a certain impact on engineering safety and service durability. To improve the practical shortcomings of on-site quality management, this paper relies on current construction specifications and combines the operational characteristics of frontline construction sites to sort out the identification principles and multiple practical methods for construction engineering quality problems. It systematically summarizes three types of concrete quality problems in the whole construction process and constructs refined prevention and control measures suited to on-site conditions. This study can provide feasible practical reference for construction enterprises to carry out on-site quality control and hidden danger investigation and treatment, and has certain reference value for improving the refined construction level of construction engineering.
