Implementation Paths for Artificial Intelligence-Empowered Digital Transformation of Manufacturing Enterprises
人工智能赋能制造企业数字化转型的实现路径

摘要

人工智能正在推动制造企业数字化转型由信息连接转向智能分析与自主优化。其价值集中于研发辅助、 生产调度、质量检测、预测性维护和供应链协同。文章分析人工智能赋能制造企业转型的作用机理及现实制约, 提出以高价值场景为牵引,完善数据基础和工业平台,推进模型嵌入、流程再造与组织协同,并建立安全治 理和成效评价体系。研究认为,制造企业需要形成技术、数据、业务和管理相互协调的实施机制,逐步释放 人工智能的转型价值。

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is driving the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises from information connectivity toward intelligent analysis and autonomous optimization. Its value is mainly reflected in research and development assistance, production scheduling, quality inspection, predictive maintenance, and supply chain collaboration. This paper analyzes the mechanisms and practical constraints of artificial intelligence in empowering the transformation of manufacturing enterprises, and proposes implementation paths that take high-value scenarios as the guide, improve the data foundation and industrial platforms, promote model embedding, process reengineering, and organizational collaboration, and establish a safety governance and effectiveness evaluation system. The study suggests that manufacturing enterprises need to form an implementation mechanism in which technology, data, business, and management are coordinated with one another, so as to gradually release the transformation value of artificial intelligence.
