Research on Building a New Paradigm of Ideological and Political Work in State-Owned Enterprises Through Digital Transformation
国企以数字化转型打造思想政治工作新范式的研究

在全球数字化浪潮推动下，我国国有企业数字化转型迈入系统化、高质量发展新阶段，思想政治工作作为 国企的政治优势和优良传统，迫切需要与数字化转型深度融合。本文以能源行业国企为核心研究对象，通过梳理国 企数字化转型与思政工作融合的发展现状，分析传统模式脱节、思想引导滞后、复合型人才短缺等现实问题，结合 国家能源集团朔黄铁路、东方汽轮机、中国华能等企业的实践案例，从内容体系、传播体系、工作机制、人才队伍 四个维度提出思政工作创新优化策略与保障措施，为国企数字化转型背景下的思政工作实践提供可复制、可操作的 参考方案，推动国企思政工作从“被动跟随”向“主动引领”转变，将政治优势转化为企业数字化转型的发展优势。

Abstract

Driven by the global wave of digitalization, the digital transformation of China’s state-owned enterprises has entered a new stage of systematic and high-quality development. As a political advantage and fine tradition of state-owned enterprises, ideological and political work urgently needs to be deeply integrated with digital transformation. Taking state owned enterprises in the energy industry as the core research object, this paper reviews the development status of the integration between digital transformation and ideological and political work in state-owned enterprises, analyzes practical problems such as the disconnection of traditional models, lagging ideological guidance, and a shortage of interdisciplinary talent, and combines practical cases from enterprises such as Shuohuang Railway of China Energy Investment Corporation, Dongfang Turbine, and China Huaneng. From four dimensions, namely content system, communication system, working mechanism, and talent team, it proposes innovation and optimization strategies as well as safeguard measures for ideological and political work. The study provides a replicable and operable reference scheme for ideological and political work under the background of digital transformation in state-owned enterprises, promotes the transformation of ideological and political work from “passive following” to “active guidance,” and converts political advantages into development advantages for enterprise digital transformation.
