Key Points for Raw Material Testing and Quality Control of Road Base Courses
道路基层原材料检测及质量管控要点

摘要

道路基层会在路面结构发挥承重作用,路面的耐久性、承载能力也会直接受到道路基层原材料质量的影响。结合 目前的道路工程实践情况来看,如果原材料未能经过严格检测,没有应用科学质量管控措施,将会出现基层早期开裂、 变形、松散等病害,造成安全事故。因此,本文将基于原材料构成,研究道路基层原材料检测及质量管控要点,旨在 深度融合技术与管控逻辑,大幅提高道路基层均匀性、稳定性。

关键词: 道路基层;原材料;检测;质量管控

Abstract

Road base courses play a load-bearing role in pavement structures, and the durability and bearing capacity of pavements are directly affected by the quality of raw materials used in road base construction. Based on current road engineering practice, if raw materials are not strictly tested and scientific quality control measures are not applied, early cracking, deformation, looseness, and other defects may occur in the base course, potentially leading to safety accidents. Therefore, based on the composition of raw materials, this paper studies the key points of raw material testing and quality control for road base courses. The aim is to deeply integrate technical requirements with quality control logic and significantly improve the uniformity and stability of road base courses.
