摘要

伴随着工程造价市场化的不断推进以及市场竞争日益加剧，土建造价成本管理工作已经成为了建筑企业的生死攸 关的问题，在此，对目前土建造价成本管理中意识上所存在的一些问题进行了详细的剖析，并结合了预算、材料、施 工等方面中存在的问题，针对这些问题提出了一系列的解决措施，以期能够给建筑企业强化成本费用管控提供一定的 借鉴意义。 

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of market-oriented reform in the engineering cost sector and the increasingly intense market competition, civil construction cost management has become a critical issue affecting the survival and development of construction enterprises. This paper provides a detailed analysis of existing problems in cost management awareness in current civil construction cost management. It also examines problems related to budgeting, materials, and construction processes, and proposes a series of corresponding solutions. The aim is to provide useful reference for construction enterprises to strengthen cost and expense control.
