幕墙系统在室外装修中的应用与优化研究

摘要

随着城市化进程加快以及建筑物越来越高，幕墙作为一种现代建筑外饰面装饰材料，在建筑工程中应用越来越广 泛，人们对其功能要求也越来越高。总结幕墙在外饰面上的设计理念、使用形式、存在的问题以及解决措施，对提高 工程质量具有重要的指导作用和现实意义。玻璃幕墙、石材幕墙、金属幕墙这三种常见的幕墙形式在外饰面上被大量 采用，它们都有各自的特点和适用场合。而幕墙设计应以实用性、安全性以及绿色环保作为基本原则，而其中的安全 性和节能是最为重要。对于目前幕墙使用中存在的一些结构安全问题、能耗较高以及材料耐久性差等问题，可以采取 改善其结构设计、提高其节能效果以及利用智能化控制方式等方式来解决。而从研究来看，幕墙系统的设计优化应当 从整个寿命周期出发，在保障安全性的同时做到节能和智能的统一。

Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing height of buildings, curtain walls, as modern exterior decorative materials, have been increasingly widely used in construction projects, and higher functional requirements have been placed on them. Summarizing the design concepts, application forms, existing problems, and corresponding solutions of curtain walls in exterior finishing has important guiding significance and practical value for improving project quality. Glass curtain walls, stone curtain walls, and metal curtain walls are three common curtain wall forms widely used in exterior finishing, each with its own characteristics and applicable conditions. Curtain wall design should follow the basic principles of practicality, safety, and green environmental protection, among which safety and energy conservation are the most important. For current problems in curtain wall applications, such as structural safety risks, high energy consumption, and poor material durability, solutions can be adopted by improving structural design, enhancing energy-saving performance, and applying intelligent control methods. The study shows that the design optimization of curtain wall systems should be based on the entire life cycle, achieving the integration of energy conservation and intelligence while ensuring safety.
