Research on the Coordinated Development of Architectural Design and the Urban Environment
建筑设计与城市环境协调发展研究

摘要

建筑是构筑城市空间最基本的元素之一，而建筑的设计水平也决定了城市风貌的好坏。我国的城市化已经由高速 增长阶段进入到成熟发展阶段，在这一时期中国的城市化建设逐渐由大规模的增加量型转变为增加质效型，因此对建 筑的设计与城市建设之间相互促进的关系也越来越引起了学者和从业者的重视。本文以建筑与城市环境相辅相成的重 要性为切入点，对目前存在的主要问题进行分析并分别从规划设计对接、景观营造、绿色发展、地方特色以及智慧建 造等方面探讨解决办法。 

Abstract

Architecture is one of the basic elements that constitute urban space, and the quality of architectural design also determines the overall appearance of a city. China’s urbanization has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of mature development. During this period, urban construction in China has gradually transformed from large-scale quantitative expansion to quality- and efficiency-oriented development. Therefore, the mutually reinforcing relationship between architectural design and urban construction has attracted increasing attention from scholars and practitioners. Taking the importance of the complementary relationship between architecture and the urban environment as the starting point, this paper analyzes the main existing problems and discusses corresponding solutions from the aspects of planning and design coordination, landscape creation, green development, local characteristics, and intelligent construction.
