Reform Exploration and Effectiveness Analysis of Integrating Sportsmanship Cultivation into Basketball Course Teaching
体育精神培育融入篮球课程教学的改革探索与成效分析

摘要

课程思政背景下，高校篮球课程兼具技能培养与立德树人双重价值，是培育新时代体育精神的重要载 体。当前地方高校篮球教学普遍存在“重技轻德”问题，教学聚焦技战术训练，忽略体育精神培育，难以实 现德技并修的育人目标。本研究以怀化学院2025级体育教育专业学生为对象，结合篮球运动的团队性、对抗 性、规则性的项目特质，挖掘拼搏进取、团结协作、遵规守信等体育精神育人元素，从教学目标、内容、方法、 评价四维度重构教学体系。通过一学期对照教学实验验证成效，结果表明，体育精神融入式教学可在保障学 生专项技能提升的基础上，显著改善学生体育品德与综合素养，可为地方高校篮球课程思政改革提供实践参考。

Abstract

Against the background of curriculum-based ideological and political education, college basketball courses have the dual value of skill cultivation and moral education, and serve as an important carrier for cultivating sportsmanship in the new era. At present, basketball teaching in local universities commonly faces the problem of “emphasizing skills while neglecting morality.” Teaching focuses mainly on technical and tactical training, while the cultivation of sportsmanship is often ignored, making it difficult to achieve the educational goal of integrating moral development with skill improvement. Taking physical education majors enrolled in 2025 at Huaihua University as the research subjects, this study combines the team-based, confrontational, and rule-oriented characteristics of basketball, explores educational elements of sportsmanship such as striving for excellence, teamwork, rule compliance, and integrity, and reconstructs the teaching system from four dimensions: teaching objectives, content, methods, and evaluation. The effectiveness of the reform is verified through a one-semester controlled teaching experiment. The results show that sportsmanship-integrated teaching can significantly improve students’ sports morality and comprehensive literacy while ensuring the improvement of their specialized skills, providing practical reference for the reform of curriculum-based ideological and political education in basketball courses at local universities.
