银发经济背景下老年人身心需求与养老空间环境优化研究

摘要

银发经济的出现使老年群体由原来的被动接受者变成了有多种消费需求的市场主体，对养老空间环 境也提出了更高的要求。本文从老年人身心需求出发，对目前养老空间在功能布局、适老化设施、公共交往 空间等各方面存在的问题进行了系统的分析，在此基础上提出了包含空间流线优化、设施完善、居住环境营 造、交往空间构建和智慧养老融入在内的系统性优化策略，为银发经济背景下的养老空间环境高质量发展提 供一定的参考。

Abstract

The emergence of the silver economy has transformed older adults from passive recipients into market participants with diverse consumption needs, and has also placed higher requirements on elderly care space environments. Starting from the physical and psychological needs of older adults, this paper systematically analyzes existing problems in elderly care spaces in terms of functional layout, age-friendly facilities, public interaction spaces, and other aspects. On this basis, systematic optimization strategies are proposed, including spatial circulation optimization, facility improvement, residential environment creation, interaction space construction, and the integration of smart elderly care. The study provides reference for the high-quality development of elderly care space environments against the background of the silver economy.
